I usually dont tumble much, but I wanted to document something that I can read later in life and be like ‘DAMN, I did that.’ I believe today was a race I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I can still feel that intensity of when I drove up that last hill and passed that ROSEMONT or whatever guy, and that overwhelming numbness in my body as I sprinted to the finish. OH and that flashing red panic button; I didn’t notice it until today. Today was such an experience. I don’t kno what time I got, but ill add it later when I do. But my god, the season’s not even done yet ! I’m hoping the next opportunity I get to run will be just as good as this one :) WOOH ! OH YEAH ;)

WOW.

So interval practice today for cross country was crazy ! It was hot , and we had no water. We did 6 intervals, each aaaboouut 800 meters, probably a little less. Then we ran back, and we run a school perimeter! All in this BLAZING heat, with little to no water to drink. My god, the things you do in cross country.. but don’t get me wrong! Running today was fantastic! I feel so accomplished, and way more prepared for tomorrow ! I am so excited, that I decided to tumble this while in the middle of completing my hwk ;D I just cannot seem to be productive right now !
